In Left 4 Dead 2, Ellis is a junior mechanic in the city of Savannah. He's a goofy, beer-loving country guy with an artless and sometimes naive world view. He is also easily distracted, often breaking into flights of fantasy about marrying Zoey and taking her off on a cross-country road trip, at the most inconvenient of times.
