Carbon Costume

Linus McLoon is a main character in the French-Korean animated series, My Giant Friend, or Linus & Boom. Linus is a twelve year old boy, but he is secretly a hero. He is the leader of the Astronomy Club. Linus likes riding jet-boards, and is shown to be the best jet-boarder in town.

Kagami Tsurugi (voiced by Faye Mata) is a supporting character on the animated series Miraculous:  Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.  Kagami is a proficient fencer, and becomes a rival in the sport for Adrien Agreste, though she eventually becomes friends with Adrien and with Marinette Dupain-Cheng.  Kagami’s outfit consists of a red plaid pleated skirt and matching tie, red sneakers, and black tights, paired with a black shirt and white blazer with contrast piping.

Rose Lavillant (voiced by Reba Buhr) is a sweet and sometimes naïve girl on the animated show Miraculous: Tales of Lady Bug & Cat Noir.  Also a superhero known as Pigella, Rose also finds time to front the rock band Kitty Section along with Luka Couffaine, Juleka Couffaine, Ivan Bruel, and sometimes Adrien Agreste.  Rose’s sweet personality really come across in her clothing, which consists of dark pink skirt and matching striped top, white leggings, and pink sandals.

Mylène Haprèle (voiced by Jessica Gee) is a supporting character in the animated series Miraculous:  Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir.  Also known as Polymouse, Mylène is a sensitive and kind girl who is often more easily scared than she would like.  With her colorful hair and cute style, Mylène is a fun character to cosplay.  For a little extra flair, be sure to add some of your favorite pins to your sweatshirt to complete the look.

Nicholas Poliakoff (voiced by Matthew Géczy in English) is a student at Kadic Academy and a member of Sissi’s gang on the show Code Lyoko.  Nicholas is close friends with Herb Pichon.  Over time, Nicholas becomes more tolerant of the Lyoko Warriors because he plays in a band with Odd Della Robbia.  Nicholas’ style is fairly straightforward; athletic shorts a blue sports shirt in the earlier seasons, with him swapping for jeans and a long t-shirt under an open red button-down in the later seasons.

Herb Pichon (voiced by David Gasman in English) is a character on the cartoon series Code Lyoko.  Herb is best friends with Nicholas Poliakoff and a member of Sissi’s gang.  Herb has a crush on Sissi, but is too afraid to tell her because of her interest in other boys at Kadic Academy.  Herb is a stereotypical nerd with the oversized glasses to prove it.  His clothing in early seasons includes a green sweater layered over a collared shirt, with the sweater replaced by a blue sweater vest and a tie in later seasons.

Jim Morales (voiced by David Gasman) is the physical education instructor at Kadic Academy in the cartoon series Code Lyoko.  Jimbo is boisterous and clumsy, as well as committed to his students’ success and making sure they follow the rules of the Academy.  In seasons 1-3, Jim wore a red and black button down with matching pants, but switched to a more comfortable sweater and tan track pants in season 4.  Whichever version you choose to emulate, make sure to include a whistle or stop watch to truly embody his gym teacher persona, and don’t forget his signature headband and face bandage.

Jeremy Belpois (voiced by Sharon Mann) is a main character in the French cartoon Code Lyoko.  A young genius, Jeremy is a student at Kadic Academy and the unofficial founder of the Lyoko Warriors, which also includes Aelita Schaeffer, Odd Della Robbia, William Dunbar, Ulrich Stern, and Yumi Ishiyama.  Jeremy favors turtleneck sweaters and cropped pants, making his costume an easy and comfortable one to recreate.
