Gilligan

On Gilligan’s Island, Gilligan (Bob Denver) is the Skipper’s first mate on the S.S. Minnow. During a storm, the bumbling Gilligan throws the anchor overboard without a rope attached, causing the ship to get stranded on an uncharted desert isle.

Dipper Pines

In Gravity Falls, Dipper Pines (voiced by Jason Ritter) is sent with his twin sister Mabel to spend summer vacation with his great-uncle. While he’s upset about being in a small boring town at first, he soon finds that many mysteries and adventures await.

Mabel Pines

In Gravity Falls, Mabel Pines (voiced by Kristen Schaal) is an outgoing, energetic girl whose personality matches her extremely colorful sweaters. She spends her summer vacation at her great-uncle’s in Oregon with her twin brother Dipper.

Scruffy

In Futurama, Scruff (voiced by David Herman) works as a janitor for Planet Express, if you can call it work. He’s generally apathetic about his job and spends most of his time in the pages of porn magazines.

Maurice Moss

In The I.T. Crowd, Maurice Moss (Richard Ayoade) works in the IT department of Reynholm Industries. He’s highly intelligent, but struggles to communicate with anything besides a computer keyboard.

Raylan Givens

In Justified, Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) is a U.S. Marshal that enforces the law in his Appalachian hometown. Though set in modern times, his tough lawman persona is reminiscent of 1870’s Deadwood.

Amy Wong

In Futurama, Amy Wong (voiced by Lauren Tom) is the ditzy, spoiled daughter of wealthy ranchers. She works as an intern at Planet Express, where most of her value comes from having the same blood type as Professor Farnsworth.

Helga G. Pataki

In Hey Arnold!, Helga Geraldine Pataki is a 4th grader who can be bossy and a bit of a tomboy. She’s secretly in love with Arnold, but shows it by teasing him as little children do.

Cosima Niehaus

In Orphan Black, Cosima Niehaus (Tatiana Maslaney) is a PhD microbiology student and one of several doppelgangers spread throughout North America and Europe that someone is targeting to kill. Tattooed, pierced, and dreadlocked, Cosima is the eccentric clone of the club.

Leela

In Futurama, Turanga Leela is a purple-haired cyclops voiced by Katey Sagal. She works as the captain of Planet Express, which is fortunate because she’s the only competent member of the crew.
