In the What’s New, Scooby Doo? series, Fred Jones is sort of wearing the same outfit as his first but without his ascot and a blue stripe running across the middle of his sleeves and shirt.
So far, no one have ever cosplay as this version of this Fred. There are not even any pictures or photos of any one in a costume of him. Well apart from someone who play him in Scooby Doo and the pirate ghost
Lady Sybil Crawley
On Downton Abbey, Lady Sybil Crawley (Jessica Brown Findlay) was the youngest daughter of Robert and Cora Crawley, Earl and Countess of Grantham. She is sweet, caring, and liked by everyone, as well as being exceptionally beautiful. Despite her wealthy upbringing, Lady Sybil was politically ambitious and compassionate, always treating those below her station with kindness and respect. Her wardrobe reflected her free-spirited and idealistic nature, as well as her mild rebellion.
Fiji Water Girl
Fiji Water Girl is the nickname given to model Kelleth Cuthbert, who was hired to hydrate attendees of the 2019 Golden Globe on the red carpet. Instead, she drew attention to herself by photobombing celebrities, standing directly behind them while displaying a tray of Fiji waters and staring deep into the camera. Go with the first dress for an affordable option, or the second gown for the real deal.
Cricket Green
Cricket Green is the main protagonist of Big City Greens. Cricket is a mischievous and optimistic country boy who moves to the big city with his family. Cricket’s curiosity and enthusiasm lead his wildly out of place family on epic journeys and into the hearts of his new neighbors. The best part about this costume is that it’s simple — even shoes aren’t required!

In Codename: Kids Next Door, Numbuh 5 is the codename for Abby Lincoln (voiced by Cree Summer). Numbuh 5 is a calm and intelligent girl who is second-in-command of Sector V.
Daisy Mason
Daisy Mason (Sophie McShera) is the assistant cook at Downton Abbey. Daisy is a sweet, romantic girl, though shes simple minded from her humble beginnings and short education. She can also be petulant at times. Her clothing is very soft and almost childish, which reflects her stunted emotional growth.
Steve Smith from American Dad
In American Dad, Steven Anita Smith (voiced by Scott Grimes) is the son of Francine and Stan Smith. Steve has an older sister Hayley. They reside at Langley Falls, Virginia. The family also includes a fish named Klaus and an alien named Roger.
Elsie May Hughes
Elsie May Hughes (Phyllis Logan) is the head housekeeper at Downton Abbey who manages the entire servant branch. She is stern and ethical, never compromising her integrity or taking sides.
Sneed and Chuck
Sneed and Chuck are names given by fans to two farmers who appear in the Simpsons episode E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt). They appear outside the store “Sneed’s Feed and Seed, Formerly Chuck’s” with the name becoming one of the biggest memes in the Simpsons community due to how clever and suggestive the name is. This makes a great costume for best friend Simpsons fans.
