Ursula Flynn (played by Eva Birthistle) is a main character in the Apple TV series Bad Sisters.  She is the middle child of the Garvey family and a nurse.  Eva begins the series married with three children, but in the midst of an affair.  Ursula uses her access to hospital drugs in one of the sisters' murder schemes as they aim to kill their brother-in-law in order to free their sister Grace from her abusive marriage.  Ursula wears a metallic patterned gown to her sister's wedding.  If you cannot secure an exact match, a yellow dress with a similar silhouette and neckline will suffice.  Ursula wears a number of other outfits throughout the series, including a flannel shirt and denim jacket, as well as several floral printed skirts.
