Captain Olimar from Pikmin
Captain Olimar is the main protagonist of the Nintendo series of Pikmin games. While on vacation from his home planet of Hocotate, Olimar crash lands on a foreign planet where he finds small creatures he dubs Pikmin who help him as he learns to navigate the new terrain. Olimar’s costume is reminiscent of a astronaut with a clear helmet, bodysuit, and red gloves.
Gingka Hagane from Beyblade: Metal Fusion
Gingka Hagane (voiced by Aki Kanada and Robert Tinkler) is the Number One Blader and main protagonist in the anime series Beyblade: Metal Fusion. Gingka is one of the Bladers of the Four Seasons, representing Autumn and has saved the world on multiple occasions, gaining widespread recognition for his skills. Gingka is incredibly close with Kenta Yumiya, who he views as an older brother, and is good friends with Madoka Amano. Ginka has spiky red hair and wears an orange shirt with dark pants and a red and brown belt where he stores his blades. The short sleeve jacket Gingka wears is hard to find, but you can evoke a similar look with a short-sleeved hoodie if you cut the hood off or tuck it into your shirt.
Bow from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Bow (voiced by Marcus Scribner) is one of the central characters in the cartoon series She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. As an ally to the Princess Alliance, Bow uses his skills as a master archer and his technology prowess to help She-Ra, Glimmer, Frosta, Spinnerella, Netossa, and the rest of the Alliance as they work to free Etheria from the Horde. Bow’s original costume includes purple pants, knee-high boots, and a cropped tank top, while his future uniform has grey pants and a cape. If you want to add some details to Bow’s boots to make them look more like the original, don’t be afraid to get creative with some paints or colored tape.
Molly McGee from The Ghost and Molly McGee
Molly (voiced by Ashley Burch) is the perpetually upbeat tween at the heart of the Disney Channel series The Ghost and Molly McGee. Molly becomes a companion to Scratch, a grumpy ghost who has been cursed to spend time with her. Molly enjoys singing, picnics in the park, and striving to make the world a better place. Her outfit consists of a denim vest, colorful skirt over bike shorts, and bright high top sneakers. Finding a skirt to match Molly’s can be tricky, so go for a palette that’s close or a similar silhouette. A longer skirt can always be shortened if you find one with the perfect colors.
Ripley from Lumberjanes
Ripley is the youngest and most energetic of the Lumberjanes crew. She often launches herself toward danger without hesitation, which can sometimes cause trouble for the older members of her cabin, Jo, April, Molly, and Mal. Ripley’s outfit consists of a long-sleeved shirt layered under an orange tee, with red and white athletic shorts and tube socks. Her hair, which was long when she first arrived at camp, is cut short with a dyed patch at the front after she gets bubblegum stuck in her hair.
Mal from Lumberjanes
Mal is one of the main characters of Lumberjanes. In the comic series, Mal is a creative thinker who plays guitar and roller derby. She is Molly’s girlfriend and her cautious nature is often in juxtaposition to her more adventurous partner. Mal’s outfit consists of dark ripped jeans, a red plaid shirt, and grey denim vest. She sports an edgy undercut and multiple earrings, as well as red bracelets.
Nana Shimura from My Hero Academia
Nana Shimura (voiced by Mie Sonozaki and Stephanie Young) is one of the wielders of the powerful quirk One for All in the manga and anime series My Hero Academia. Nana was the seventh user of the power, before her protégé Toshinori Yagi also known as All Might. Nana, fearing for her family’s safety because All for One was after her, left her son and husband behind, which has far-reaching implications for Izuku Midoriya in his eventual fight against the League of Villains. Nana’s superhero costume consists of a black bodysuit, white cape, yellow gloves, and red wrap around her waist. She wears her dark hair in a messy half-up hairstyle.
Legoshi from Beastars
Legoshi (voiced by Chikahiro Kobayashi and Jonah Scott) is a grey wolf and the main protagonist of the anime and manga series Beastars. Legoshi is mild-mannered and polite, despite his outward appearance being very intimidating. Legoshi’s standard attire is fairly simple, but you’ll want to layer your striped pants and dress shirt with wolf accessories to best exemplify Legoshi’s character design. Thankfully, you won’t need to worry about wearing any strange footwear because he sports a pair of plain brown dress shoes instead of lupine feet.
Eren Yeager from Attack on Titan
Eren Yeager (voiced by Yuki Kaji and Bryce Papenbrook) is the main protagonist of the anime and manga series Attack on Titan. Eren is hard-headed and often impulsive, which can cause a lot of stress for his closest friends Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert. Eren’s appearance changes a lot throughout the series, no more so than when he is in a monstrous Titan from. But one of his most often seen uniforms includes a green cloak, body harness, and light-colored pants.
Keith Shadis from Attack on Titan
Keith Shadis (voiced by Tsuguo Mogami and Patrick Seitz) is a soldier in the anime and manga series Attack on Titan. Keith was an instructor in the Cadet Corps and Commander of the Scout Regiment prior to his retirement. Intelligent and curious as a child, Keith grew up to become rather arrogant, believing himself to be the smartest person in any room. However, a string of failures during his command forced him to reconsider his abilities, and he eventually stepped down from his position. Keith knew Eren Yeager’s parents and may have been in love with his mother. Keith is tall and bald, with deep wrinkles and a goatee. He wears the standard Cadet Corps instructor’s uniform.
