Arwen

Arwen is a minor character in The Lord of the Rings. Her full name is referred to as Arwen Undomiel or Arwen Evenstar. She is the daughter of the Elrond, the half-elf Lord of Rivendell, and an Celebrian, an elven noblewoman. Tolkien describes her as one of the most beautiful elves, resembling her ancestor Luthien. Like her ancestor, she falls in love with a man. Like Luthien loved Beren, Arwen loved Aragorn. When he is crowned King of Gondor, they marry, and she becomes queen. She decides to stay mortal so she can die with Aragorn. While she never appears in the books, Arwen appears in all three film adaptations. She carries Frodo across the Ford of Bruinen and fights the Orcs with her sword, Hadhafang. The role is played by actress Liv Tyler.

Tanjiro Kamado from Demon Slayer

Tanjiro Kamado is the main protagonist of the hit anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. In the first episode, he returns home to find his entire family massacred by a demon. Only his sister, Nezuko, survives and therefore turns into a demon. Vowing to turn her human again, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps. He is an incredibly skilled swordsman, able to use multiple Water Breathing techniques. His keen sense of smell helps him identify demons around him. Tanjiro is both optimistic and a quick thinker, which stems from his tireless yet admirable perseverance. Use the maroon body paint to create the marking on his forehead.

Whereas Good Janets serve the Good Place, Bad Janets serve the Bad Place. Despite being the same omniscient mainframe, they assist to promote torture as oppose to happiness. When not hanging out with demons, they enjoy farting and insulting others. When Sean’s own Bad Janet reads Michael’s manifesto, she recruits all the other Janets to save the universe. Every iteration of Janet is played by D’Arcy Carden. Bad Janets are known for typing away on their phone 24/7, so if you have to text someone, you can say it’s part of the character!

Alice Hale is a supporting character in the Twilight saga. After being institutionalized for her visions, she became a vampire. She is part of the Cullen family as the adoptive daughter of Carlisle and Esme Cullen. She is married to Jasper Hale. As a vampire, her premonitions of the future are intensified, and are most often accurate. Alice is eccentric, yet extremely kind towards Bella Swan. Ashley Greene portrays her in the movie adaptations. In the iconic baseball scene set to “Supermassive Black Hole” by Muse, she is the pitcher. The scene opens up with a strike of lightning and thunder, and Alice announces: “It’s time.”

In Hocus Pocus, Billy Butcherson is Winifred’s deceased ex-boyfriend. After he cheated on her with Sarah, Winifred punished him by sowing his mouth shut. The Sanderson sisters summon him as their minion, but he ends up helping the kids defeat them. He is portrayed by actor Doug Jones. You can use black eyeliner or face paint to draw stitches over your lips. There are more detailed makeup tutorials, but be sure to paint your face and hands light green for that “just rose from the grave” look.

He is known as an impulsive troublemaker who finds school boring. Although Karma has good intentions and can be rather empathetic. In fact, his suspension was a result of standing up to a bully. He thinks every student has a special talent for assassination, and he will defend them if necessary. He is close friends with Nagisa Shiota. When Nagisa gets insecure, Karma is there to support him.

Detective Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz) is a main character of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. In the precinct, she’s considered the tough as nails badass. Her standoffish demeanor and secretive past makes her rather intimidating. She is difficult to read, and she doesn’t like talking about her feelings — or having feelings at all. Jake and Amy are her closest friends, even if she refuses to admit enjoying their company. In addition, Rosa is openly bisexual.

Gilderoy Lockhart is a character in the Harry Potter book and movie series. During his time as a Ravenclaw student, he received many prestigious awards, and he isn’t shy about letting everyone know it. After graduating Hogwarts, he became a celebrity in the wizarding world. In particular he wrote books about his encounters with magical creatures, such as Gadding with Ghouls and Travels with Trolls. When Dumbledore appoints Lockhart as the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, Hermione becomes smitten by his knowledge. Yet Harry and Ron (and most everyone else) find him obnoxious. Although there’s more to him than meets the eye: he tricked actual accomplished wizards into revealing their stories, and then erased their memories with Memory Charms so he could take all the credit. In the film adaptation, Kenneth Branagh plays this role.
