Beyonce from the 2024 Grammys
Beyonce recently released a new album called Cowboy Carter that is inspired by country music and the south that has of course been very successful online. Following her last tour for her Renaissance album, fans have already started creating looks for a possible new tour that have a western flare. One of the things fans love to do and share online are their recreations of Beyonce’s looks. In this I’ll be covering how to recreate one of the first all-western outfits she wore around promoting the new album at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
To create this look, wear a white cowboy hat, blonde wig, white button-down shirt, a black western bow tie at the collar, a black leather jacket or blazer, black leather shorts, and black pointed heels. To make this look even more identical take rhinestones and add them to the bow tie and jacket and shorts to replicate the checkered pattern. Rhinestones can be placed with black E6000 glue for the cleanest results.
Country Steve from Borat 2
In Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, Borat goes undercover as Country Steve, attempting to fit in at a pro-gun rally and find his daughter Tutar. Amidst confederate flags and assault rifles, Country Steve performs on stage. He sings about injecting Obama with the Wuhan flu and chopping up the WHO like the Saudis do, and it doesn’t take much for the crowd to start singing along.
Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift is an American singer/songwriter. From “Love Story” to “You Belong with Me,” her songs narrate her personal and romantic life. She started out as a country singer, but her current music fits more of the pop genre. Taylor is one of the world’s best selling music artists and the highest earning female musician of the 2010s. Some of her hit albums include Red, Speak Now, 1989, and her most recent album, Lover. As most musicians, Taylor’s style has evolved throughout the years, so we have three looks from each era of her career. You can go classic country pop with her long hair and cowboy boots, Red style with a black fedora and red flats, or a modern T-Swift with a glittery dress.
Dewey Cox
In Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, Dewey Cox (John C. Reilly) distills the essence of the country musician, parodying the likes of Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, and Elvis Presley all in one go. His rags-to-riches story starts as a poor smell-blind kid who rises to become a musical phenomenon.
Willie Nelson
Willie Nelson is one of the most recognizable country singer songwriters today, equally famous for his hit records and his activism for legalizing marijuana. The government can sell his things, but they best not touch Trigger, his beloved guitar.
