Luke Danes (played by Scott Patterson) is the surly diner owner of Star Hollow's favorite coffee spot on the show Gilmore Girls.  Luke's Diner is an important meeting spot for many of the show's quirky characters, including Lorelei and Rory Gilmore, who function best with a very large cup of coffee in their hands.  Eventually, Luke also becomes Lorelei's primary love interest.  Whereas many of the other characters on the show have an array of fashion options available, Luke's look is more streamlined.  Typically, he wears comfortable jeans, a flannel shirt, and a baseball cap turned backward.  To really take the look to the next level, use a Luke's Diner branded cap and be sure to bring a carafe of coffee; your Lorelei will thank you.
