When they escape, they discover Lord Forge and Sofina set them up and took custody of Kira. Assembling a group, Edgin and Holga seek to defeat Lord Forge and reunite with Kira. While charming and rakish, Edgin proves to be a natural leader.
Augie Steenbeck from Asteroid City
Augie Steenbeck (played by Jason Schwartzman) is a widower and father of four in the Wes Anderson film Asteroid City. When he and his children are stranded near the titular desert town, Augie calls his father-in-law to pick them up. During their stay in Asteroid City, Augie meets Midge Campbell. Augie’s costume includes a belted safari jacket and khaki pants, which he pairs with brown boots. More important than the outfit itself might be Augie’s accessories, which include a pipe and a vintage camera. If you don’t have a camera that looks the part, a smartphone case designed to look like one can do the trick instead.
Midge Campbell from Asteroid City
Midge Campbell (played by Scarlett Johansson) is a Hollywood star stranded in the titular Asteroid City in Wes Anderson’s film about a 1955 convention interrupted by out-of-this-world visitors. The actress meets Augie Steenbeck and his family during her stay. Midge has short dark hair and favors a pair of oval sunglasses. Since the movie takes place in the ’50s, she dons plenty of vintage-inspired costumes including a sleeveless floral dress with a set of pearls. Pair your chosen outfit with red nails and lips for the perfect mid-century look.
Goldilocks from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
Goldilocks (voiced by Florence Pugh) is all grown up in the Dreamworks animated feature Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. The leader of a criminal gang which includes the Three Bears from her well-known fairy tale, Goldilocks allies herself with Big Jack Horner in a bid to secure the Last Wish so she can be reunited with her biological family. Goldilocks wears her hair into two enormous curly buns with two locks trailing down her back. Her costume includes a puff sleeve blouse under a blue corset top, a multicolored skirt, and brown boots. To recreate her look, you can layer multiple skirts together, and even use a pair of scissors to give them a more shredded look. Use a blonde wig with pigtail clip-ins styled as two buns and secured with teal hair ties (in the film, her hair is held in place with beaded ties, but any texture will do). Finally, wind a leather strap around your right wrist, and accessorize with pearls, a multicolored necklace, and mismatched earrings. Her staff, which has a v-shaped top, also has pearl strands wound around it.
Agent Valentina Fontaine
Agent Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, also known as Contessa Fontaine, is an antagonist in the MCU. She is the Director of the CIA who seems to be assembling her own team, currently consisting of John Walker – formerly the new Captain America, now US Agent – and Yelena Belova. Her ex-husband is Everett Ross. When he opposed the US obtaining vibranium from Wakanda, she had him arrested for committing treason. Portrayed by Julia Louis-Dreyfus, she appears in smaller roles for Black Widow, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and Falcon and the Winter Soldier. She will make a full debut in Thunderbolts.  A black trenchcoat and leather gloves give her sleek style a classic villainous edge.
Ruby Daly from The Darkest Minds
Ruby is the protagonist of The Darkest Minds, a YA novel trilogy. On the night of her tenth birthday, she accidentally erases her parents’ memories of her. It’s revealed that she developed mysterious new abilities, and gets classified as an Orange, the most dangerous of all. Ruby gets sent to Camp Thurmond, but she escapes and joins a group of runaways seeking refuge. Amandla Stenberg portrays Ruby in the movie adaptation.
Big Jack Horner from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
Big Jack Horner (voice by John Mulaney) is the primary antagonist of the animated film Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. Formerly Little Jack Horner, he is a crime lord and pastry chef with a grudge, intent on harvesting all the world’s magic. Big Jack Horner has short pink hair and wears a purple overcoat and vest, as well as a pink tie. He finishes his outfit with brown pants and black boots. Jack has a stain on his right thumb from pushing it into pies. You can recreate this effect with some lip stain to tinge your thumb a berry color.
Kakihara from Ichi the Killer
Kakihara (played by Tadanobu Asano) is the sadistic yakuza enforcer who meets his match in Ichi the Killer. Kakihara has distinctive scars on his face, which you’ll need molding wax to replicate. He wears a couple of outlandish outfits throughout the film, though the embellished shirt and iridescent pants he wears in his final showdown with Ichi is certainly one of the most striking. To recreate his costume, you may need to be a little flexible, as finding a holographic purple suit and sequin-embellished dress shirt can be difficult. A rose-gold button-down with a shimmery gold floral pattern will fill in nicely, and you can either choose to focus on the colors of Kakihara’s suit or the holographic quality, depending on your preference.
Carl Nargle from Paint
In Paint, Carl Nargle (Owen Wilson) is a soft-spoken artist teaching viewers how to paint on public television. His calming voice, majestic perm, and oil landscapes bring to mind beloved TV host Bob Ross of PBS’s The Joy of Painting fame.
Count Dracula from Renfield
Count Dracula (played by Nicolas Cage) is the centuries-old vampire who keeps the titular R.M. Renfield in his employ in the horror comedy Renfield. Renfield has been the Count’s familiar for centuries, helping the intimidating vampire secure food and achieve his full power. All is well and good until Renfield decides he’s had enough. Count Dracula’s attire in the film varies, but you can always bet he’s wearing something snazzy and a little over the top. Two of his best looks include a red velvet suit with a golden brooch instead of a tie, as well as an all-black ensemble that includes a fur-trimmed coat and a cane. No matter which look you choose, you’ll need white makeup and blue lipstick to achieve a truly undead look. Accessorize with long nails, terrifying teeth, and plenty of oversized rings.
