Rather Dashing

In the Peasant's Quest game and movie, Rather Dashing (Matt Chapman) is a peasant who wears shorts. His mission in life is to seek revenge against Trogdor, the dragon that burninated his thatch-roof cottage, and return peace to the countryside of Peasantry. Strong Bad enjoys playing the game, but ends up killing rather during the intro.
