Shoto Todoroki is a student in class 1-A at U.A. High School, perhaps the strongest one. As the youngest son of Endeavor, he possesses pyromanic abilities. However he loathes these abilities as well as his father's destiny for him, which is to surpass All-Might. Because his mother has an Ice Quirk, his Quirk is called Half Hot Half Cold, which gives him the power to generate fire from the left side of his body and generate ice on the right side. In the beginning, Todoroki had a cold and aloof personality due to abusive and complicated family relationships. He has become more friendly, but is still awkward in social situations.
