Rohan Kishibe
Rohan Kishibe is a primary character in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. At first, he’s an antagonist towards Koichi Hirose, but he later becomes an ally in the search for Yoshikage Kira. Rohan is a successful manga artist, best known for his series Pink Dark Boy in Weekly Shonen Jump. His Stand is called Heaven’s Door, which he uses to turn people into books to read their life stories. He is also the protagonist of the anime spinoff, Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe.
Sodapop Curtis
Sodapop Curtis is a character in The Outsiders. He is the middle child of the Curtis brothers – and often caught in the middle of family fights, much to the frustration of Daryl, as he usually sticks up for Ponyboy. Described as movie star handsome, Sodapop is a magnet for the ladies. He also works at the gas station with his best friend, Steve. The book, written by S.E. Hinton, notes that he’s one of the few guys who doesn’t drink alcohol to have a good time. Rob Lowe plays Sodapop in the 1983 movie adaptation.
Carmen from The Bear
Carmen is from the series The Bear and is played by Jeremy Allen White. The Bear is about a chef named Carmen, who has quit fine dining and returns to Chicago to try and fix the run down sandwich shop, previously owned by his brother who passed. We follow his struggles in gaining respect from the previous kitchen staff while dealing with grief and the stressful environment all at once.
Carmen wears the same uniform most of the kitchen staff does, which is a deep blue denim apron, a white shirt, black pants and black shoes. Add two kitchen towels at your sides and you’ll look just like this determined chef!
Johnny Strabler from The Wild One
In The Wild One, Marlon Brando portrays the rugged Johnny Strabler, a biker outlaw who leads the Black Rebels Motorcycle Club. His leather-clad look and brooding character in this classic film has become a cultural icon, with homages paid in characters from Indiana Jones to Twin Peaks.
“Johnny” adorns the front of his leather jacket, and BRMC with a stylized skull-and-crossbones the back, proudly representing his motorcycle club.
Diogenes from Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy
In Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy, Diogenes is a nude philosopher who lives in a large metal cauldron. He gets around with only the help of a Yosemite hammer, which he uses to grab onto surfaces, and push and pull himself around. One slip though and he’ll find himself at the bottom of a steep mountain.
The Priest from Fleabag
The Priest from the series Fleabag is played by Andrew Scott. Fleabag is adapted from what it originally was, a live one-woman show by Phoebe Waller-Bridge. She then created a hilarious two-season series where we watch her navigate grief and life in London while she runs a guinea pig themed cafe on her own. In the second season, she focuses on her love interest, The Priest, played by the talented Andrew Scott. The Priest is featured in the second season of the series. His personality is unique in that he’s what Fleabag would call a “cool priest” with his occasional swearing and surprisingly casual personality.
This character dresses how you would expect any priest to, in all black with a clergy shirt and a bible always in his hand. And don’t forget a fox element to tie in the storyline of his fear of foxes!
Frank from Don’t Worry Darling
Frank is a character in the thriller/drama film Don’t Worry Darling, and is played by Chris Pine. The story follows Alice, a housewife who lives with Jack in a seemingly perfect community called Victory in the 1950s. Throughout the film, Alice begins to discover dark secrets about her life at Victory and about Frank, who is the founder and leader of the Victory Project and Jack’s boss.
Frank has a very cool and timeless style to each of his costumes. All of them are typically black and white. His suits are simple, but at one sunny gathering by the pool with his community, he wears a more casual outfit that features a simple black and white bowling-style shirt, black sunglasses, straight leg black pants, and always a brown watch.
Asbel from Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind
Asbel (voiced by Yoji Matsuda and Shia LaBeouf) is a main character in the anime feature film Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. Asbel meets the titular princess Nausicaä after his city is attacked. Asbel has dark brown hair and wears very muted colors. To recreate his look from the film, you’ll need brown shoes, beige pants, and a tan shirt. He wears a brown pilot’s cap and a brown belt. Asbel also dons a darker jacket and brown gloves as well as cream colored scarf which he wraps around his mouth to protect himself from the toxic air.
Harry Burns from When Harry Met Sally
Harry Burns is from the 1989 movie When Harry Met Sally and is played by Billy Crystal. When Harry Met Sally is a rom-com set in New York about Harry Burns and Sally Albright who keep running into each other throughout their lives until they meet again in a bookshop. They attempt to stay platonic friends and eventually end up together.
Harry Burns is one of the two protagonists in the story. He is a carefree and opinionated character as we see in his conversations with Sally. His wardrobe is one that is still stylish today and perfect for fall and winter. He wears blue jeans, white sneakers, blazers, and comfy cable-knit sweaters. The textures of his costumes fit perfectly into the environment.
Fox McCloud from Star Fox
Fox McCloud is a character in Star Fox, an third person arcade rail shooter video game from Nintendo. He is the game’s main protagonist who leads the Star Fox combat team on various missions.
