Trent Lane from Daria

Trent Lane (voiced by Alvaro J. Gonzalez) is a supporting character on the MTV animated series Daria.  The brother of Jane Lane and eventual boyfriend of Daria Morgendorffer, Trent is a struggling musician with a relatively laidback attitude.  To recreate his costuming from the series, you'll need some distressed jeans and a light green t-shirt.  If you want his tattoos to have a little more staying power, consider using a temporary tattoo pen to draw them on, while using an eyebrow pencil to perfect his goatee.
