Taurus Bulba is a bull who is shown to be a ruthless and extremely dangerous major criminal and supervillain in St. Canard. He is the main villain of the pilot episode “Darkly Dawns the Duck”. He is the first major villain that Darkwing fights against and defeats, although only after Bulba proves willing to destroy himself in order to try to destroy Darkwing in the process.
Steelbeak from Darkwing Duck
Steelbeak is the chief agent of F.O.W.L. (Fiendish Organization for World Larceny). He is second-in-command and team leader of F.O.W.L. He is one of Darkwing Duck’s nemesis. He is a suave and urbane rooster who acts like a 1920s gangster.

Don Karnage is the leader of a group of air pirates and captain of the massive hybrid airship, the Iron Vulture, which serves as an airborne aircraft carrier. He is the main antagonist in the series TaleSpin and frequently crosses paths with cargo pilot Baloo.

A fun-loving orangutan who also appeared in The Jungle Book, but in TaleSpin he wears a Hawaiian shirt, a straw hat and lei, and owns an island nightclub and motel called “Louie’s Place”, located near but outside the protection of Cape Suzette.

Sketch Turner, a “starving artist” and freelance rock musician living in New York City, is working on his newest comic book, named the “Comix Zone.” Comix Zone is the story of the New World Empire’s attempt to defend Earth from an invasion of alien renegades, with inspiration coming from Sketch’s (oddly vivid) dreams and nightmares.

Axel Stone is the main protagonist ex-cop and martial artist from Streets Of Rage Games whom loves video games. He is best friends with Adam Hunter, Blaze Fielding and Max “Thunder” Hatchett and gets along well with Eddie “Skate” Hunter. It is unknown when, but as a strong martial artist training, he comes to know Shiva is his rival with evil intentions.

Baloo von Bruinwald XIII is the main character of the series TaleSpin. Although lazy, slobbish, unreliable and always broke, this bear is also an excellent pilot and capable of the most daring maneuvers in the air. He flies a cargo plane called the Sea Duck.

A large, very powerful man with a distinctive underbite, he is actually very well composed and gentlemanly and honest to a fault, with an unshakable will. Master of the Brain Grid blood battle style, which he can use to create large cross-shaped weaponry and seal away vampire.

In Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers, though dedicated to the job, Dale is a fun-loving, mischievous prankster who is sometimes irresponsible and forgets to think before he acts, much to the chagrin of his serious brother Chip.
