Carbon Costume Joel Jones from Scream 2
Joel Jones is a main character in Scream 2. He becomes Gale Weathers' new cameraman after Kenny's murder. His sensibility and intuition allows him to realize something is wrong in Woodsboro. Because of this, he remains alive at the end of the film (although he was supposed to be a victim in the original script). You can make his Woodsboro news ID with a piece of paper and insert it into the badge cover. The plastic camera is included as a prop, but you can use an old or broken video camera if you have one.
