Momo Ayase from Dandadan
Momo Ayase is a protagonist in the anime, Dandadan. Bold yet compassionate, she is a gyaru high school girl who believes in ghosts and the supernatural, partially due to her grandmother, who is a medium. After getting abducted by aliens, Momo realizes she has psychic powers which allow her to visualize and control auras. She grows close with Ken Takakara, aka Okarun, upon defeating Turbo Granny. Over the course of the series, she reciprocates his romantic feelings.
Izana Kurokawa from Tokyo Revengers
Izana (voiced in Japanese by Nobunaga Shimazaki and in English by Alejandro Ruiz) is a major character in the latter half of the anime/manga series, Tokyo Revengers.
He is the adopted brother of Mikey, Emma, and Shinichiro, though generally gravitated towards the latter, as they were close. He ended up following in Shinichiro’s footsteps, and became the newest leader of Black Dragon, in it’s Eighth generation, before becoming the boss of Tenjiku, with Kakucho at his side.
Izana has extremely light grey-blonde hair, orchid colored eyes, and pale eyelashes that match his hair. He is usually seen wearing the Tenjiku uniform jacket, and pants, both in a muted red, a black scoop neck shirt, white laced up boots, and dangling earrings.
Tony Soprano from The Sopranos
Tony Soprano (played by James Gandolfini) is the main character of the HBO series The Sopranos. The eventual boss of a powerful crime family in New Jersey, Tony suffers from panic attacks and undergoes therapy with Dr. Jennifer Melfi. He is married to Carmela with whom he has two children, Meadow and Anthony Jr. Tony is an imposing figure who wears many different outfits throughout the series. At home, he is often seen wearing a comfortable robe, especially during his morning trip to grab the newspaper at the end of the driveway. Tony has a penchant for patterned bowling and polo shirts, paired with khakis or other dress pants. He also wears a number of suits, sometimes mixing different pieces together to create a cohesive look.
Regina “Reggie” Abbott from Twelve Forever
Regina “Reggie” Abbott (voiced by Kelsy Abbott) is the protagonist of the animated series Twelve Forever. Using a totem she created in art class, Reggie is able to transport herself to magical Endless Island where she is a superhero named Twelve. Reggie often comes up against The Butt Witch on Endless Island. Reggie has long red hair and wears a cream colored t-shirt, wide legged yellow shorts with a brown belt, cropped black leggings, and a pair of high tops with one blue and one pink shoe.
Patrick “Pat” Butcher from Ghosts (UK)
Patrick “Pat” Butcher (played by Jim Howick) is one of the titular Ghosts in the original UK version of the series. Pat was a scoutmaster and died in an archery accident. He still wears his uniform as a ghost, as well as large glasses and a mustache indicative of the ’80s, the decade in which he died. For your costume, you’ll need khaki shorts and a shirt as well as brown shoes. You can layer green socks over yellow ones and twist together two different neckerchiefs before tying them around your neck and securing them with a black woggle to get the colors right in other parts of his outfit. To create the look of an arrow going through your neck, you may need to get more creative. Try breaking a plastic arrow in half and securring to your neckerchief with some hot glue.
Thanos from Squid Game
Thanos is an antagonistic character in the second season of Squid Game. He is a struggling rapper who joined the games to pay off his debts after investing in a failed crypto coin. Once he realizes how the games work, he is quick to betray the other players for his own gain. He takes drug tablets that he stores in his necklace, which causes him to behave erratically. Thanos is portrayed by South Korean rapper T.O.P. Make this costume more accurate with a 230 patch and an “O” patch to affix on the tracksuit jacket, plus some temporary tattoos for that extra “bad boy” edge.
Takeo Masaki from Call of Duty: Black Ops
Takeo Masaki (voiced by Tom Kane) is a Captain in the Japanese Imperialist Army who appears in the Call of Duty video game series. His intellect sets him apart from other soliders including “Tank” Dempsey and Nikolai Belinski. For your costume, you’ll need to recreate a vintage military uniform. Choose a white shirt, olive green jacket and pants, and brown boots. Accessorize with a brown belt, pouches, and frog to hold your sword, as well as a Japanese military hat. For weapons, you can’t go wrong with a sword. But if you’d like to give Takeo a raygun, you may want to opt for a less expensive toy with similar features versus a replica, which can be pricey.
Akiko Yosano from Bungo Stray Dogs
Yosano (voiced in Japanese by Yū Shimamura and in English by Erica Lindbeck) is a prominent character in the Bungo Stray Dogs series.
She is a part of the Armed Detective Agency, and essentially their healer type character, as her ability ‘Thou Shalt Not Die’ works as a rather violent way to bring the others back to peak physical form (even up to regrowing limbs). She has significant trauma relating to her past as a student surgeon in the military, as they used her ability to keep pushing soldiers to constantly heal past where they could mentally withstand.
Yosano has chin-length blackish brown hair, and wears a golden butterfly hairclip at the corner of her bangs. Her eyes are a pinkish purple. The main outfit we see her in is a white button up shirt, with elbow length sleeves, a black just-past-knee-length formal skirt, black surgical gloves, black semi-opaque tights, red pumps, and a black tie. Her weapon of choice is an oversized cleaver-type blade.
Dottie Rose from Living Dead Dolls
Dottie is a doll from the 6th Series of Living Dead Dolls.
She is extremely allergic to the sun, and ended up caught out in it one day while chasing her runaway pet poodle named Hun, which lead to her death.
Dottie has cotton candy pink hair worn in a very wildly styled bob, thin black eyebrows depending on the version (some of her dolls shipped without), red lipstick with a black liner layer around them, and bright, unsettling pink eyes, ringed in black shadow. She wears a black sleeveless sundress with white polkadots covering the entire thing, black strap sandals, and her nails are painted red.
Dylan George from Severance
Dylan George (voiced by Zach Cherry) is one of the most productive Macrodata Refiners in Severance. Dylan is motivated by the small perks Lumon Industries provides and is prone to profanity-laden outbursts. Alongside Mark S. and Irving B., Dylan does his best to welcome Helly R. to their department. After an episode where Dylan’s “innie” is awakened at home, he becomes less complacent and interested in revealing the secrets Lumon is hiding. Dylan hasa scruffy beard and mustache and wears a pair of glasses low on his nose. At work, he wears suits and ties, and has his blue key card on a lanyard around his neck.
