Lou Strickland from Top Cat
Lou Strickland (voiced by Rob Schneider in the U.S. version of the film) is the new police chief and main antagonist of Top Cat: The Movie. Lou pursues Top Cat after TC steals his Lazlo-Lazlo concert tickets. Lou has ginger colored hair and a noticeably hairy mole on the point of his chin. He wears a red bow tie, green blazer, and brown pants pulled up very high on his waist.
Stan S. Stanman from Monkey Island
Stan S. Stanman is a salesman who frequently encounters Guybrush Threepwood in Monkey Island. Stan has sold everything from used ships and coffins to courtroom souvenirs. He is shrewd in the worst way, willing to do almost anything in order to close a sale. Stan wears an oversized white hat with a red brim and a loudly patterned jacket, as well as red breeches. There are a lot of ways you could duplicate Stan’s jacket, including using a blazer, a flannel, or making your own with fabric paint if you’re feeling creative! You may even get lucky and find a one-of-a-kind vintage piece like the longer coat below to fit your needs. To create the red brim pattern on Stan’s hat, use red fabric paint or markers.
Marcus Holloway from Watch Dogs 2
Marcus Holloway (voiced by Ruffin Prentiss) is the main protagonist of Watch Dogs 2. Marcus was born in Los Angeles, but raised in Oakland, and becomes a prolific hacktivist, gaining entrance to sensitive documents regarding a government surveillance program under the name Retr0. Marcus is eventually recruited by DedSec, and joins in order to take down Blume and CTOS 2.0. Marcus wears dark jeans, brown boots, and a blue jacket. He uses glasses, and wears darker sunglasses and a face covering to obscure his identity when necessary. His phone in the game is based on an iPhone 5, but you can use your own smartphone to complete the look. If you don’t want to purchase Marcus’s specific bag, you could use a dark colored messenger bag and personalize it with your own pins and buttons.
Ryota from Your Lie in April
Ryota Watari is an athletic student with play-boy looks. He knows that he is handsome, especially with the girls swooning over him. What is really swoon worthy is his gentle heart. Ryota is a good friend who has a more chill personality. Ryota hangs with his friends, and unknowingly becomes part of a lie, during Your Lie in April.
Arthur from Mystery Skulls
Arthur (voiced by Austin Lee Matthews) is a member of the Mystery Skulls team along with Vivi Yukino and their mascot, a kitsune disguised as a dog named Mystery. Lewis Pepper, a former member of the team, now resides in the Mansion as a ghost, following his death at the hands of Arthur while possessed. Arthur’s outfit consists of a white shirt with rolled sleeves, an orange vest with three pins, and yellow pants. His left possessed arm was removed and replaced with a robotic one. To recreate Arthur’s hair, you can trim up a yellow anime wig, and you can either grow a goatee or draw one on with a brown eyebrow pencil to complete the transformation.
Maggie Pesky from The Buzz on Maggie
Maggie Pesky (voiced by Jessica DiCicco) is the 13-year-old fly protagonist of the Disney show The Buzz on Maggie. Maggie dreams of being a rockstar and has psychic visions of the future. Maggie’s costume includes chunky boots, a yellow skirt, and bright pink hair and socks. She also often rocks a double-necked guitar, but purchasing one would be an expensive proposition for a costume. Instead, you could use two inflatable guitars and to create a double-necked prop by cutting off the neck of one and taping it closed after it’s inflated. If you’d like to take your costume to the next level, you could also follow a DIY tutorial like this one to create additional arms, as Maggie has four.

Ranch It Up
Ranch it up! Advocate to legalize ranch in this casual, mismatched outfit from The Eric Andre Show. Comedian and host Eric Andre goes up to people in Manhattan and talks nonsense, mainly about ranch dressing. You may recognize Ranch It Up from the “Cheers, I’ll drink to that bro” reaction meme. Cal Jacobs from Euphoria
Cal Jacobs (played by Eric Dane) is a major antagonist in Euphoria. He is the strict father of Nate Jacobs and is well known in town for his real estate empire. Cal is a married man who is struggling with his sexuality and is constantly using hook up apps to find and sleep with you gay men and trans-women. He sometimes videotapes them without their consent and keeps these videos hidden in his home office. Cal has a lot to lose if people find out not only that he’s been cheating on his wife, but often assaulting the young men and women he meets off these sites. Cal is extremely weary once he finds out Jules goes to high school with his son Nate. He sees her at the fair and begs her to not tell anyone. Cal is a very intimidating character and has some extreme red flags personality-wise. So far there is no good side to Cal besides some re-emerging guilt for having a second life apart from his marriage and job. The costume is extremely simple men’s dress attire. Be sure to get your outfit on before coloring your hair with the silver hair wax. This outfit will work well as part of a group Euphoria costume for Halloween or cosplay.
Mick from Legends of Tomorrow
Mick Rory, also called Heat Wave, is a former super villain and former romance novelist. In the year 2016, Mick (played by Dominic Purcell) is recruited into Legends, a time-traveling superhero team, in an operation to prevent a disastrous uprising 2166. At first he joins the team for his own selfish gains, but as the mission goes deeper Mick begins to change his mind in Legends of Tomorrow.
