SCP 1471 is a mysterious app that, once downloaded, eventually leads to the user seeing SCP 1471-A, a humanoid wolf creature with a skull for a face and creepy, milk-white eyes.  While SCP 1471-A's true intentions are not fully understood, it is generally considered best to avoid it in the game SCP: Containment Breach.  To create an SCP 1471-A costume, you will need an animal skull mask, tattered wolf ears attached to a messy black wig, and wolf-like hands and feet.  While the game version shows SCP 1471-A dressed in black shirt and pants, there are many interpretations of its clothing, though its costume almost always includes rope tied around the waist like a belt.
