Agent O (Emma Thompson) is a stern, experienced agent who worked her way up from being Chief X’s secretary to heading the New York branch of the MiB following the death of Chief Zed. She appears in the third Men in Black film and the recent reboot, Men in Black: International. Agent O’s severe fashion sense has undergone some tweaks over the years — instead of the standard blazer and buttoned-up blouse she wore in the third film, she currently opts for a mock neck and jewel-necked suit jacket over a black pencil skirt.
