In the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons, Boris Badenov (voiced by Paul Frees) and his partner Natasha Fatale are spies who scheme to kill the “Moose and Squirrel”. Usually their plan fails causing Boris to shout “Raskolnikov!” in frustration.
