Dr. Arthur Watts (voiced by Christopher Sabat in English) is an antagonist introduced during Volume 4 of the animated series RWBY.  Dr. Watts is a disgraced former scientist who initially faked his own death before reappearing.  His colleagues include Cinder Fall, the current Fall Maiden, and Tyrian Callows.  Dr. Watts is middle-aged, with the greying hair to prove it.  He sports a full mustache and wears a grey suit with burgundy accessories and a golden-yellow shirt.  Finding an exact match for his tailcoat is tricky, so don't be afraid to be interpretive; a plain grey suit with the right accessories will do just fine, or you could opt for a stand collar blazer instead to get a little closer to his look on the show.
