Billy Handsome (portrayed by Ray Liotta) is a playable character in Call of Duty: Black Ops II.  He is a prisoner on Alcatraz Island after being convicted of multiple murders.  Prior to the zombie outbreak, Billy had plans to excape prison alongside Salvatore DeLuca, Albert Arlington, and Michael O'Leary.  Billy has short black hair and an anchor tattoo on his left forearm.  His light blue shirt and beige pants are tattered and spattered with blood.  Finish your costume with a pack of fake cigarettes rolled into your left shirt sleeve, as well as plenty of fake blood.
