Michizo Tachihara from Bungo Stray Dogs
Tachihara (voiced in Japanese by Yū Hayashi and in English by both Ben Diskin [S1-3] and A.J. Beckles [S4-5]) is a major character in the latter half of the Bungo Stray Dogs anime/manga.
We see him for the majority of the series as part of the Port Mafia, but it is revealed later on to be the final member of the government’s Hunting Dogs group, though he continues acting as a double agent, as he’s grown close with the other mafia members. His ability gives him the powers to manipulate metals, regardless of the size of the object.
Tachihara has light orangey-brown eyes, and dark reddish orange hair, worn short and shaggy. While in the Port Mafia, he wears a bandage across his nose, but it’s removed when the Hunting Dogs association is revealed. He does keep his earrings throughout, however. He does wear the standard HD uniform after the reveal, which consists of a red uniform jacket with matching pants and hat, a slightly darker red cloak, black military boots, and white gloves.
Stacy Hirano from Phineas and Ferb
Stacy Hirano (voiced by Kelly Hu) is a supporting character from Phineas and Ferb. She is Candace Flynn‘s best friend and is also good friends with Jenny Brown and Jeremy Johnson. Stacey tends to be more level-headed than Candace and excels at mini golf. Stacy has long black hair that she accessorizes with a blue bow. Her outfits consists of a teal shirt, blue skirt, and light blue knee high socks. She wears black flats and a beaded bracelet on her left wrist.
Human Artemis from Sailor Moon
Artemis (voiced in Japanese by Yasuhiro Takato and in English by Ron Rubin and Johnny Yong Bosch) is one of the secondary main characters in the Sailor Moon anime/manga.
He is usually seen in his cat form, but when needed, he, as well as his partner Luna and their daughter Diana, are transformed into their human bodies. He is the advisor and guardian of Sailor Venus, and accompanies her much in the same way as Luna does for Sailor Moon.
In his human form, he has very long white hair with raised bangs, with a visible golden moon on his forehead between them. His eyes are a muted olive-ish green. The outfit for this form is entirely white, minus the gold moon necklace he wears just under his collarbones. He wears a white long sleeved shirt with decorative straps along the arms and waist, and cutouts of a moon and a circle, on his upper chest and right around his belly button, respectively. His pants are a pair of white slacks, and he wears slightly heeled white shoes.
Lil’ Gideon Gleeful from Gravity Falls
“Lil'” Gideon Gleeful (voiced by Thurop Van Orman) is the primary protagonist of the first season of Gravity Falls. A former child psychic, Gideon is a manipulative fraud. Despite having a crush on Mabel Pines, Gideon constantly attempts to thwart her and her family, as he sees their busines the Mystery Shack as competition. Gideon is a short boy with tall hair styled into a pompadour. He wears a blu esuit, brown shoes, black dress shirt, white tie, and an American flag pin. Use a red eyeliner pencil to add the three freckles he sports on each of his cheeks to complete your costume.
Jenny Brown from Phineas and Ferb
Jenny Brown (voiced by Alyson Stoner) is a supporting character from the Disney Channel cartoon Phineas and Ferb. She is friends with Candace Flynn and Stacy Hirano. To go along with her hippie appearance, Jenny has a desire for world peace and spends a lot of time protesting. To create your costume, start with a long light brown wig and adorn it with a daisy hair clip. Then, you’ll need a yellow turtleneck, a skirt, and yellow shoes. You can add a pink lace cover to your shoes to make them look closer to the striped pair Jenny wears. Finding an exact match for her skirt is tricky. Instead, choose either a pink or orange skirt and add additional details with fabric paint if you’d like. Finish your look with a peace sign necklace.
The Butt Witch from Twelve Forever
The Butt Witch (voiced by Matt Berry) is the primary antagonist of the animated series Twelve Forever. She has a deep dislike of Reggie Abbott, who fights against her superhero alter-ego Twelve when Reggie and her friends visit Endless Island. The Butt Witch is a red and green humanoid. To create your costume, you’ll want to start with a red bodysuit, gloves with elongated fingers, and red boots to match. Then, slide green wristbands over your arms and add a yellow belt. Use green body paint on your face before adding a lavender wig. You can also wear a horned headband and white and pink sunglasses if you’d like to add details that emulate the shape of her hair and the color of her eyes from the show.
Teruko Ōkura from Bungo Stray Dogs
Teruko (voiced in Japanese by Makoto Koichi and in English by Cherami Leigh) is a minor antagonist in the Sky Casino portion of the Bungo Stray Dogs series.
She is the vice captain of the Hunting Dogs, and her ability allows her to shift her form between different ages, as well as those she uses it on, which she uses for psychological manipulation and torture. Physically she appears as a younger girl, but her exact age is unknown, and presumably much older (similar to Bisky in Hunter x Hunter).
Teruko has purpley-pink eyes, and pinkish-red hair, which she wears tied off into a side ponytail with a purple ribbon and pink jewel hair tie. She is most often seen wearing the Hunting Dogs uniform, when she’s not in a disguise, which is (in the anime) a red uniform jacket and pants, a matching hat, a slightly darker red cloak, black army boots, white gloves, and a sword in a belt holster.
Tammy from Creepwood
Tammy (voiced by Grey DeLisle-Griffin) is one of the three protagonists of the animated pilot Creepwood. A cheerleader at Creepwood High School, Tammy fights zombies alongside fellow classmates Wallace and Dante. In addition to being a cheerleader, she is also a martial artist. Tammy has long blonde hair she wears in a ponytail and wears a blue, white, and pink cheerleading uniform with blue shoes and a blue hair tie. You can use pink fabric paint to embellish a blue and white uniform and a blonde ponytail extension to get a longer, higher ponytail. Use blue scrunchies to help camouflage where you’ve attached the ponytail extension to your natural hair.
Human Diana from Sailor Moon
Diana (voiced in Japanese by Kumiko Nishihara and in English by Naomi Emmerson, Loretta Jafelice, and Debi Derryberry) is one of the secondary main characters in the Sailor Moon anime/manga.
She is the daughter of Luna and Artemis, and like them is usually seen in cat form. While her parents are connected to Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus respectively, she is the assigned advisor for Sailor Chibi Moon.
While in her human form, she has light grey hair, worn up in four small buns at the top of her head, magenta eyes, and a small gold moon in the center of her forehead. She wears small gold stud earrings, a white collar with a golden bell on it, and she has a small grey tail protruding from her back. The rest of her outfit consists of a low cut grey dress with long sleeves and ribbon decorating around the midsection, skirt, and sleeves, with gold ball details, and a white petticoat. It’s finished off with a pair of grey thigh-high stockings with the same dark grey detailing as the dress, dark grey pumps, and little white pompoms around her ankles.
Milly from Phineas and Ferb
Milly (voiced by Isabella Murad) is a member of the Fireside Girls in Phineas and Ferb. Milly is a member of Troop 46231 under troop leader Isabella Garcia-Shapiro. Alongside her fellow troop members, Milly is well aware of Isabella’s crush on Phineas Flynn. Milly has short brown hair and is typically seen wearing her Fireside Girls uniform consisting of a brown skirt, orange and red shirt, orange hat with a red diamond, and her sash. She also wears a yellow bow in her hair, white socks, and black Mary Jane shoes. You can add iron on patches to your sash and red details to your hat and shirt with a fabric marker pen to complete your look.
