Mr. Wolf from The Bad Guys
Mr. Wolf (voiced by Sam Rockwell) is the main character of the DreamWorks animated film The Bad Guys. Mr. Wolf is the leader of the Bad Guys gang, which includes Mr. Snake, Mr. Shark, Ms. Tarantula, and Mr. Pirhana. Throughout the course of the film, Mr. Wolf tries to reform himself and his crew so they no longer fall into the villain stereotypes their species fall into. He also allies himself with Diane Foxington, the Governor of California and a reformed thief herself, all while trying to evade the ruthless Chief Luggins. Mr. Wolf wears a white suit and shirt with a tan belt and shoes. To achieve the full effect, you’ll also want a wolf mask, tail, and furry gloves.
Miki Kuroda from Devilman Crybaby
Miki Kuroda (voiced in Japanese by Ami Koshimizu, and in English by Cherami Leigh), also known during the series as Miko to differentiate her from the other Miki, is one of the secondary main characters in the Netflix adaptation of Devilman Crybaby.
From childhood she was close with both Akira and the other Miki, and ran on the track team with them. Miki, along with Akira, transformed into a devilman, which drastically changed her physical appearance and personality.
In this new form, she has deep burgundy hair tied back in a high, braided ponytail, and her eyes are a light brown. For this outfit, Miki wears a sports bra type top with a black sporty bomber jacket over it, a pair of grey runners shorts with a white stripe up each side of the leg, and yellow runners shoes with a black top and a white band over the front.
Teru Minamoto from Toilet Bound Hanako-kun
Teru Minamoto (voiced in Japanese by Uchida Yūma, and in English by David Matranga) is one of the secondary main characters of the anime Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun, and the Student Council President at Kamome Academy, in their High School division.
Teru is the oldest of the three Minamoto siblings, the younger ones being Kou and Tiara, and to his knowledge, the strongest exorcist out of the three (that’s heavily debated once his sister shows immense strength in that field at age 5).
While his brother has readily befriended the ghosts that their family had been previously sworn to exorcise, Teru does not show any of this kindness, and is more than willing to brutally take down any spirits that cross his path.
He has a similar appearance to Kou, with slightly fluffier and blonder hair, but the same color blue eyes. His typical clothing we see him in is the Kamome uniform, but instead of a blue shirt like the others, he wears a long sleeved white one instead. Teru carries around an assortment of exorcist tools as well, such as assumedly prayer beads on a bracelet, and his sword, usually attached to his belt.
Safu from No.6
Safu (voiced in Japanese by Kiyono Yasuno, and in English by Hilary Haag) is one of the semi-main characters of the anime No.6.
At the start of the series she is Shion‘s best (possibly only?) friend, and makes some romantically inclined advances at him, though it’s unclear if it’s meant to be pursuing an actual relationship, or if she just doesn’t want to be separated from him.
She ends up becoming a very key part of what’s happening with the city later on towards the end of the short series.
Safu has almost shoulder-length dark brown hair, and brown eyes, and in this particular outfit she has an off-white long sleeved turtleneck, black leggings, brown boots, a deep red skirt, and over top of that she wears a greyish-white winter coat, with a long pink tasselled scarf.
Patryck from Eddsworld
Patryck (voiced by and based upon Patryck Dudulewicz) is a recurring character in the webtoon Eddsworld. Sharing some aesthetic similarities with Paul, Patryck wears his hair parted down the middle and his red turtleneck can pretty much always be seen poking out from his blue coat. Paul often carries rifle strapped to his back; an airsoft version, or other toy counterpart, can help really sell the finished look.
Lucita Sky from Hero Elementary
Lucita Sky (voiced by Veronica Hortiguela) is a student at Hero Elementary in the PBS animated series. Lucita’s hero powers include flying, despite her fear of heights. She is also the leader of the Sparks Crew. Lucita’s superhero costume consists of shades of blue and purple, including purple boots and cape, and a blue skirt. The Sparks Crew shirt she wears can be found in some youth sizes through the PBS website, though none are white like she uses for her costume. Instead, you can purchase a plain white shirt and recreate the logo with fabric paint.
Pakunoda from Hunter x Hunter
Pakunoda (voiced in Japanese by Romi Park, and in English by Erica Lindbeck) is part of the Phantom Troupe in the anime Hunter x Hunter.
She’s the gun expert of the Troupe and specializes in memory reading and recalling, and when not involved in criminal activities, she loves to spend time with cats.
Paku has brown eyes and middle parted neck-length blonde hair, and her usual outfit is a very open fronted purple suitjacket with a pinkish collar, a matching skirt, and slip-on shoes that match the color of the suit’s collar.
Anastasia’s Blue Boat Dress
Anastasia is the titular character of the 1997 semi-historically inspired movie from 20th Century Fox. Meg Ryan is her speaking voice, and Liz Callaway is her singing voice.
She has several outfits throughout the runtime of the movie, but this specific one is one that she wears during the dance she has on the boat with Dimitri.
It is a light blue, short sleeved dress with white cuffs that she wears a brown belt over at the waist, and a matching blue ribbon holds her long auburn hair back. Underneath it she wears a pair of black tights, with brown boots over top. Completing the outfit is a pair of pearl earrings, and the necklace she got from her grandmother as a child.
The dress that I linked in this article is custom from the Etsy seller ArtemisiaLaFee, so please do go check them out if you’re interested.
(Also a slightly funny anecdote, while I was writing this my mom came charging downstairs excitedly yelling that she had found our copy of the movie’s soundtrack on CD, unaware that I’d been writing about that exact thing.)
Jon from Eddsworld
Jon (voiced by Eddie Bowley) was one of Edd‘s neighbors on the webtoon series Eddsworld. Jon lived with Eduardo and Mark and is eventually killed by Tord‘s robot, returning as a ghost in a post-credits scene. Jon had dark blonde hair pushed toward the front of his head and wore dark grey jeans with grey and white sneakers. He typically wore a blue button-down over a grey t-shirt. If you’d like a twist to the original design, dressing as Ghost Jon can be achieved with a little layering of teal clothes over a bodysuit and some creative sad face art skills using fabric markers.
Hawk Moth from Miraculous Ladybug
In Miraculous Ladybug, Hawk Moth is the supervillain alter-ego of fashion designer Gabriel Agreste. He’s also the father of Adrien Agreste and arch-nemesis of both Adrien’s alter-ego, Cat Noir, and Ladybug. Whenever he controls someone with an Akuma, a bright pink butterfly shape appears on his face, which you can fabricate using the battery-powered pink neon rope.
