City Girl’s Celestial Angel

City Girl's fourth album, Celestial Angel, includes beautiful cover art reminiscent of 90s anime.  The city scene takes on an ethereal appearance with the cover character, likely the titular Celestial Angel, hovering off a set of stairs, an otherworldly glow enveloping her as she ascends.  The Angel's appearance includes a blue skirt and puffy-sleeved blouse as well as blue chin-length hair.
