Harley Quinn was introduced as Harleen Quinzel, a psychiatrist in 1992's Batman: The Animated Series. Since 1999, she has become a DC favorite. If you're tired of the usual Harley cosplay tutorials such as the jester suit, Arkham series, or the Suicide Squad film, look no further.

Aside from most of the screen time Harley spent in the two '90s Batman series' parading around in her jester suit, she was known to dress quite feminine and formal. One of the looks aside from the usual was her outfit worn while shopping out on the town or when out with Ivy.

To pull off the simple look, you'll need: a white collared blouse or button down shirt (tied into a sexy knot), bright red jean shorts with a simple black belt, white lace-up go-go rollerblade boots, and hair pulled into high pigtails. If you want to add accessories, get a white leather purse and some signature red lipstick.
