Wear a black camisole under this because you will cut a hole in the blue shirt. Cut the hole to the size of the posts on your stomach, which you’ll paint with red acrylic paint, going darker as you get closer to the stomach. Paint around the hole you cut in the shirt, also getting close to black at the center. Layer the blue shirt over the camisole and belt/ posts.
