Yor Forger from Spy x Family
Yor Forger (voiced by Saori Hayami and Natalie van Sistine) leads a secret life is a Garden assassin working under the codename Thorn Princess in the anime and manga series Spy x Family. Yor works at the Berlint City Hall during the day and is often depicted as being aloof and willing to solve problems with murder. She marries Loid Forger and together they adopt Anya. Yor’s assassin uniform consists of a black dress and thigh-high boots, a gold headband, earrings, and weaponry.
Fei from The Sparrow Academy
Fei (Britne Oldford) is a character in the third season of The Umbrella Academy. Also known as “Number Three,” she is a member of the Sparrow Academy. This is in an alternate timeline where Reginald Hargreeves selects a different group of super-powered children to train as superheroes. Fei can manifest crows from her body, using them to see, chase, and attack her enemies. This makes up for her lack of eyes, which are covered in scars. Use the scarring liquid and red pencil to recreate the effect.
Roach from Our Flag Means Death
Roach is a character in the HBO Max series, Our Flag Means Death. He is a member of Stede Bonnet’s crew. He is the head cook aboard the Revenge, but he advocates for violence and torture just like the others. Fans of the show have replicated their very own versions of his orange cake, which impressed and delighted actor Samba Schutte!
Bonnie Swanson from Family Guy
Bonnie Swanson (voiced by Jennifer Tilly) is Joe Swanson‘s wife on the animated series Family Guy. With dark hair and a raspy voice, Bonnie is often portrayed as weary of her husband much of the time. For the first 116 episodes of the show, Bonnie is pregnant before giving birth to a daughter. To recreate her look, you’ll need a dark wig and purple dress and flats. She also wears pink lipstick and earrings, but it’s up to you whether you want to portray pregnant Bonnie. If you do and you’re not currently expecting, a false pregnancy belly can do the trick for you.
Mr. Buttons from Our Flag Means Death
Mr. Buttons is a character in the HBO Max series, Our Flag Means Death. He is a member of Stede Bonnet’s crew. Disheveled and a bit deranged, Mr. Buttons is a firm believer in supernatural forces, such as ghosts and moonbathing. When he speaks in his thick Scottish accent, he either delivers cryptic messages or suggests cannibalism. He can also name a thousand different sea creatures. He wears metal fangs during combat, and he’s seen his fair share of violence. Mr. Buttons can communicate with seagulls, and he is often seen with Karl the Seagull perched on his head. Use the opaque cap over the wig to mimic his balding hairstyle.
Henry Creel
Henry Creel (Jamie Campbell Bower) is the main villain in Stranger Things. He appears the first installment in the fourth season. In 1959, the Creel family moved to Hawkins, Indiana. As a child, Henry discovered he had remarkable psychokinetic and illusionary abilities. Corrupted by greed and nihilism, he used his powers to torment his family and eventually kill his mother and sister. He drove his father to madness by framing him for these crimes. This caught the attention of Dr. Brenner, who brought him to Hawkins Laboratory to be studied as subject number 001. Dr. Brenner planted a device in his neck to suppress his powers and made him as an orderly in the lab. There, Henry met Eleven, and tricked her to restore his powers. He brutally massacred the other test subjects, but Eleven overpowered him and sent him to the Upside Down, where he transformed into Vecna. In 1986, Vecna returned, now murdering Hawkins residents with his curse.
Oluwande from Our Flag Means Death
Oluwande (Samson Kayo) is a character in the HBO Max series, Our Flag Means Death. He is a crewmate aboard the Revenge. Level-headed and pragmatic, Oluwande tries to steer the other characters away from danger. He is sympathetic towards Stede, especially with his internal crisis after the murder. The others look to Oluwande for sound advice as well, making him well-liked and highly respected among the crew. Oluwande is especially close with Jim. While he acts as a confidant and conscience, he wishes Jim would view him as more than a friend.
Brooklynn from Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous
Brooklynn (voiced by Jenna Ortega) is one of the main characters in the Netflix animated series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous. Brooklynn is a social media influencer who wins tickets to preview the titular Camp Cretacesou and spends much of her time interviewing her fellow campers for her page until the dinosaurs begin escaping and she and her fellow campers, including Yasmina Fadoula must focus on survival instead. Brooklyn has pink hair that matches her bomber jacket and wears a red tank top, black bracelet, skinny jeans, and white shoes.
Argyle in Stranger Things
Argyle (Eduardo Franco) is a character in the Netflix original hit series, Stranger Things. He appears in the first installment of the fourth season. He is Jonathan Byers’ best friend in California. He works as a delivery boy for Surfer Boy Pizza. Argyle enjoys smoking marijuana on the regular, which explains his chill, laid back attitude. He is shown to be a good friend as he gives Jonathan and the gang getaway rides in his delivery van. Quiksilver and Stranger Things partnered to replicate key pieces of his wardrobe, which is currently available to purchase at Tilly’s.
Spanish Jackie from Our Flag Means Death
Spanish Jackie is a minor antagonist in HBO Max’s Our Flag Means Death. A powerful and feared pirate with 19 husbands, she owns a tavern in Republic of Pirates. She seeks revenge for the death of her late husband who was killed by Jim, formerly known as Bonifacia Jimenez. He almost kills Stede for knocking over her nose jar, but the news of Blackbeard’s interest gets him off the hook. Her name comes from an actual legend, though there is no evidence if she was a real person. In the show, she admits she’s not even Spanish. Comedian Leslie Jones, who you may recognize from Ghostbusters and Saturday Night Live, portrays this role.
