Poppy the Bubble is a playable character in the Dandy's World video game.  Poppy has an outgoing and upbeat personality, and loves pop as evidenced in the game.  She has light teal skin and a bubble at the back of her head that looks like a bun.  She wears a pink bow atop her hair, a pink dress, and pink and yellow striped tights.  To create your costume, you can use a bodysuit and facepaint as your base, and then wear a wig that you can style into a low bun.  Then, add your hair bow, dress, and striped socks to complete the look.
