Silver from Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver

Silver (voiced in the Pokemon Generations anime in Japanese by Ryōta Ōsaka and in English by Lucien Dodge, and in the Pokemon Masters game in Japanese by Yūki Ono and in English by Joe Zieja) is the main antagonist/rival in the (Heart)Gold and (Soul)Silver Pokemon games, opposite Gold(/Ethan), and shows up frequently through other forms of Pokemon media. He is the son of the leader of Team Rocket, Giovanni, though he prefers to distance himself from his father and follow his own path.

Silver has mid-shoulder length dark red hair, worn partially over one eye, and depending on the version, his eyes are either a greyish silver, or a similar red color. His HeartGold/SoulSilver outfit consists of a dark purpley-black jacket with red detailing, worn over a black shirt, and his pants are a mid-toned purple, with a silver buckled belt. The look is finished off with black shoes with red detailing, and depending on version, he sometimes has black gloves.

To dress like Tyler, wear a maroon shirt or flannel, blue denim jeans, a belt with a buckle, cream cowboy hat, and sunglasses. To take the look even further, you could distress the shirt with a black or very deep maroon fabric paint, buffing it into the fabric with paper towels at the edges, and using sandpaper on the seams to give the used look and to highlight them.
