Joshua (voiced in Japanese by Ryōhei Kimura, and in English by Aaron Spann [games]/Clifford Chapin [anime] is one of the main characters and also one of Neku’s biggest problems in the anime/game series The World Ends With You.
He is the second person that Neku partners with while in the Reaper’s Game, and can be rather insufferable to most of the people around him, though he gets along relatively well with Mr. Hanekoma.
Joshua has near shoulder length wavy ash blonde hair, and grey violet eyes. His usual outfit is a greyish purple collared button down short-sleeved shirt with white cuffs, that he wears untucked, and a pair of wide ankle grey pants. It’s finished off with white lace up shoes with dark grey soles.
The Noise from Pizza Tower
Theodore Noise is a character from the 2D game Pizza Tower. The Noise is a playable character in the game, and the rival of Peppino Spaghetti. To create your look, start with a pale yellow bodysuit and a gold cape. Add white cartoon character gloves, a chef’s hat, and an oversized mustache to finish your costume. To create his costume, you’ll need a white suit with tailcoat, a red and whtie striped waistcoat, black knee high boots, and a black bow tie. Finish your costume with a blonde wig, red and white top hat, and a scepter. Replica scepters for Lucifer with an apple on top can be expensive, but a scepter with a red jeweled top will evoke a similar effect. To take your costume to the next level, use white face paint and then layer purple on your eyelids and pink on your cheeks. You can also use red fabric paint to add pops of color to your tailcoat.

If you can’t find an exact match for Mike’s shirt, try layering a teal t-shirt over a pale yellow tee to achieve a similar look.
Emcee from Cabaret (Broadway 2024)
Emcee is a character from the current 2024 Broadway adaptation of Cabaret, and is played by Eddie Redmayne. Emcee is the sort of narrator in the story, and is the Master of Ceremonies at the Kit Kat Club, set in 1930s Berlin.
To dress like Emcee, start with a cream or white crochet sleeveless top. Tuck this into maroon wide leg pants that you can cut off and hem if possible at the knee. Over this, wear a maroon waist belt to give it a more high-waisted look like the original costume. If the bow portion of both the pants and belt get in the way, cut off the excess on the pants and tuck the rest into the waist band. Cover the edge with the waist belt and tuck the ribbons into itself or under the belt to create a more flat look. At the neck, wear a maroon scarf tied into a bow. Pair with black elbow-black gloves, maroon lace-up boots, and a teal green/ blue party hat. For hair, you can use a temporary spray orange color.

Another take on this look uses just the blue pants from the tracksuit set, the white tee, and then layer an orange patterned robe.
Sgt. Slaughter from GI Joe
In GI Joe, Sgt. Slaughter was a drill instructor with the United States Marine Corps who was literally born on Parris Island. He’s the toughest, no-nonsense member of all the Joes. He’s inspired by the pro wrestler Robert Rudolph Remus who performed under the same name and voiced him in the 1980s Sunbow cartoon. Slaughter’s standard uniform was a black tank top, camo pants, mirrored sunglasses, and a big bushy mustache.

Bob Harris from Lost in Translation
Lost in Translation is a film by Sofia Coppola. It stars Bill Murray as Bob Harris. The story follows a lonely movie star named Bob Harris and newlywed Charlotte who meet in Tokyo and form a bond after learning what they have in common.
This would be a great costume for film fans and couples, alongside a Charlotte costume. To dress like Bob, you can go for his robe costume from the poster or the costume he wears alongside Charlotte in her iconic pink wig. For the robe, wear a green robe and white slippers. For the karaoke look, wear a black coat over a yellow and black tee and black trousers.
