Doomer Girl
The Doomer Girl meme is one of a series of memes. She is supposed to represent the emo or goth girls that became much more common in the early part of the Millennium. In some cases she is used to deride such women but in other cases she is used to demonstrate their viewpoints and reactions to things.
This is why she has black hair and very simple makeup with almost no color except her pink blush. And although the meme is very pale, the blush used in this example works on all skin tones! A pendant choker and black sweater rounds out the visible parts of the meme while the meme’s use helps fill in the rest. Black pants with laces up the side and black velvet boots with chunky heels are all perfect for this aesthetic and finish out the meme for a head-to-toe costume.
