animated sitcom
Barney Rubble
Barney is Fred’s neighbor and best friend in The Flintstones. He is much sillier and more easygoing than Fred, and is often rewarded for his calm demeanor. His serendipity often annoys Fred.
Princess Bean from Disenchantment
In Disenchantment, Princess Tiabeanie, known as Bean, is the princess of Dreamland. Despite this, she is tomboyish and prefers to wear pants rather than flowing gowns. She’s forced into an arranged marriage to honor a treaty with a neighboring kingdom, but manages to get rid of her suitor.
Gene Belcher
Gene Belcher (Eugene Mirman) is the fart-noise-loving, keyboard-playing, clueless middle child of Bob (H. Jon Benjamin) and Linda Belcher (John Roberts) in the Fox series, Bob’s Burgers. He’s your average 11-year-old boy, and maintains a close relationship with his sisters, Tina (Dan Mintz) and Louise (Kristen Schaal), although he often finds himself wrapped up in Louise’s schemes. More than anything, he wants to be a musician.
Diane Nguyen
Diane Nguyen (Alison Brie) is a Boston-born author, ghostwriter for BoJack (Will Arnett), and wife of Mr. Peanutbutter (Paul F. Tompkins) in the show BoJack Horseman. She is one of the few main characters that is human. Whether she’s wearing her Starbucks apron or her staple green jacket, Diane always has telltale red/orange arrows on her clothes at the waist. Add these to an existing jacket with fabric paint (you can paint the yellow bands on her boots, too!)
Rick Sanchez
In Rick and Morty, Rick Sanchez is a genius scientist who splits his time between domestic squabbles and intergalactic time travel, bringing his distressed grandson Morty along for the ride.
Morty Smith
In Rick and Morty, Morty Smith is an ordinary boy who gets roped into his grandfather Rick’s scheme, which don’t always work but never fail to leave Morty traumatized.
Princess Carolyn
In BoJack Horseman, Princess Carolyn (voiced by Amy Sedaris) is BoJack’s agent and on-again-off-again girlfriend. Oh, and she’s also a pink, anthropomorphic Persian cat.
Vincent Adultman
In BoJack Horseman, everyone is seemingly oblivious to the fact that Vincent Adultman, who likes to hang out in bars, is actually three kids in a trench coat with a broom for one hand and a mannequin hand for the other. Princess Carolyn even goes so far as to date this “stud”.
Todd Chavez
In BoJack Horseman, Todd Chavez (voiced by Aaron Paul) is BoJack’s roommate. He slept on BoJack’s couch after a party one day and has lived there ever since. Todd’s been known to have run-ins with a Mexican drug cartel.
BoJack Horseman
BoJack Horseman (Will Arnett) is an anthropomorphic horse who starred in the ’90s sitcom Horsin’ Around. Since the show’s cancellation, he’s been bumming around with his freeloading roommate. He sees a tell-all memoir as his shot at recapturing his fame.
