Eloise is a character that has appeared in every season of the show and is the best friend of Penelope Bridgerton, until they have a falling out. Eloise is a funny character that is not interested in the prospect of traditional marriage like her peers.

To dress like Eloise in her blue costume, wear a teal half-cape over a light blue regency dress. Another look where she’s over-the-top dressed up, wear an ivory or cream regency dress, white opera gloves, and attach a large ostrich feather to a tiara/ headband.
