Moira O’Hara from American Horror Story

Moira O’Hara is a character in American Horror Story. She appears in the first season, Murder House, as one of the many ghosts doomed to live in the house forever. The cause of her death was getting shot in the eye by Constance Langdon, who caught her husband making advances on her. To women, she appears as her “true self” — a pleasant elderly lady with a gray left eye. To men, she appears as a young seductress. In her words, this is because women see things for as they are whereas men see only what they desire. She befriends Vivian and tries to help during her pregnancy, but she preys on Ben’s adulterous desires. Frances Conroy plays her older self, and Alexandra Breckenridge plays her younger self as seen in this costume guide.

Hildegarde Schmidt

In Murder on the Orient Express, Hildegarde Schmidt (Olivia Coleman) is the loyal maid to Princess Dragomiroff, and the former cook for the Armstrong household. Her travels on the Orient Express are business, so her wardrobe is plain and she wears few accessories.

Dorothy “Dot” Williams

Dorothy “Dot” Williams (Ashleigh Cummings) is the companion, friend, maid and cook of private detective Miss Fischer on the Australian TV show Miss Fischer’s Murder Mysteries. She is an unflappable, serious woman, a devout Catholic and a willing participant in Miss Fischer’s schemes. Utterly loyal to Miss Fisher since the detective took Dot under her wing, Dot will do anything for her. This guide covers her original maid/cook/assistant uniform.

Alice from The Brady Bunch

Alice (Ann B. Davis) was not only the housekeeper for the Brady family but was also the occasional advisor to them. She was known for her dry, sarcastic sense of humor as well as her characteristic blue uniform.

Consuela

Consuela is the head of the Maids’ Union and is the world’s most stubborn maid, who often makes her point by repeating “no, no, no”. She’s employed by the Griffin Family as well as by Superman, Darth Vader, and James Woods. In her off time she helped Mexico beat Canada in curling.
