Carbon Costume

Nicky Little (voiced by Clea Lewis) is a supporting character in the 90s cartoon series Pepper Ann.  Best friends with the titular Pepper Ann Pearson and Milo Kamalani, Nicky is a perfect student in many ways, often practing her violin or Italian skills.  Nicky has blonde hair with bangs that fall over one eye.  She wears a mint green sweater, red skirt, and brown shoes, with a blue sweatshirt tied around her waist.  Don’t be afraid to cut your wig to be the perfect length for your costume needs.
