Juan Sánchez-Villalobos Ramírez from Highlander
Juan Sánchez-Villalobos Ramírez (played by Sean Connery) is an immortal being in the film Highlander who seeks out Connor MacLeod, known as the Highlander, after his first death in order to teach him the ways of the Game. Juan’s original name was Tak Ne, but by the time he meets Connor, his style has changed significantly since his life in Egypt. As with most historical costumes, putting Juan’s outfit together can get a little pricey, so you’ll need to decide if and when you’re willing to compromise. A close match to Juan’s red and gold uniform might be worth the money if you want it to look authentic. However, you can get close with an embroidered jacket and red pants. Likewise, unless you’re willing to make a peacock feather cloak of your own, it’s unlikely you’ll find one. But a green cape with a matching feather collar will come close, and you can add some additional feathers to it if you’d like with a little glue. Don’t forget Juan’s signature sword, a katana forged by the father of his third wife with a white ivory handle.
James Bond
James Bond, code-named 007, is the dashing MI-6 hero of over 20 films, books and video games starting with Dr. No in 1962. Since then the actors playing Bond have changed, the enemies have switched geographical locations and the gadgets have become wickedly high-tech, but Bond’s go-to outfit remains the same: a snazzy black tuxedo and trusty Walther PPK. Finish off the look of this charming, rakish lady-lover with a big watch, hair gel and a martini – shaken, not stirred.
Zed from Zardoz
In Zardoz, Zed (Sean Connery) lives in a post-apocalyptic Earth of the future, where humans are divided between poor Brutals and the immortal Eternals. Zed himself is a Brutal Exterminator, who kills other Brutals at the order of a huge flying stone head called Zardoz.
Henry Jones Sr
In Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Henry Jones Sr. (Sean Conner) is the estranged father of Indiana Jones. He’s a professor like his son, only much more absent minded.
