Chiro is outgoing and love video games and can also be impulsive and stubborn. He is the leader of the Shuggazoomian Hyperforce. Chiro has blue eyes and black hair. His school uniform consists of black and white shoes, blue pants, a blue tie with a white collared shirt, and a sweater. His superhero uniform is white with blue boots, orange gloves, an orange scarf, and a partial face mask.
