the defenders
Trish Walker from Jessica Jones
Trish Walker (played by Rachael Taylor) is a secondary protagonist in the television show Jessica Jones. She is driven and ambitious woman whose distaste for injustice has led her into dangerous situations over and over again. Her need to see justice served nearly pushes her into the antagonist role more than a few times and causes a lot of tension with Jessica and the other people in Trish’s life. But that’s a fine line to walk when Jessica is just as reckless and Marvel’s New York is a very dangerous place!
The key to cosplaying as Trish is to tap into her style. She favors blazers and silk blouses. She pairs these with leather pants and stilettos. She wears her long blonde hair either down or in a ponytail. And no matter what she wears she carries herself with an attitude just as fierce as her best friend’s.
Colleen Wing
In Iron Fist, Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick) is a Japanese martial artist descended from a family of samurai. She runs her own dojo in New York City, and frequently teams up with the superhero known as Iron Fist.
Luke Cage
Luke Cage (Mike Colter) is a superhuman who fights street crime in Harlem, New York City like Daredevil and Jessica Jones. Once a convict named Carl Lucas, he gained superhuman strength and unbreakable skin in a sabotaged experiment conducted in prison inmates. Add bullet holes for the complete look.
Elektra Black
In the Netflix original series Daredevil, Elektra Natchios (Elodie Yung) drops in on Daredevil, with whom she clearly has a history. A highly trained assassin, she wields a pair of sais as her trademark weapon.
Daredevil
In the Marvel Comics, Matt Murdock is Daredevil, a blind lawyer turned superhero. After he initially makes do with a homemade black suit, he upgrades to this red costume that we’re all much more familiar with.
Jessica Jones
Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) is a P.I. and former superhero with the abilities of superhuman strength and flight whose has past has come back to haunt her. Her superhero career failed when she was manipulated by a mind-controller, Zebediah Killgrave AKA The Purple Man, for eight months before his apparent death. Suffering for PTSD, Jessica must face Killgrave after he returns to make her life hell once again.
Matt Murdock
Daredevil Black
In the Marvel comics and Netflix television series, Daredevil is the alter ego of Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox). He fights crime as a lawyer by day, and as a vigilante by night. As if that weren’t enough, The Man Without Fear — as he’s called — does this all while blind, relying on his other heightened senses.
