Bella Hartley is one of the three main characters in Nickelodeon's H2O: Just Add Water. She appears in the third season following Emma's departure. She is new on the Gold Coast. As a child, she stumbled upon a moonpool in Ireland, where she became a mermaid. She befriends Cleo and Rikki, and together, the girls must navigate life as a human on land and mermaid in the water. While rather shy, Bella has an amazing voice, so she sings for the band at Rikki's cafe. Her mermaid power is gel manipulation, where she can turn liquids into a jelly-like substance.
