Julie Bruin (based on and voiced by Julie Brown) is a character in the animated series Tiny Toons Adventures.  She doesn't have much screen time, but Julie appears cheerful and happy.  Julie wears a sexy green dress, black gloves, black earrings, and black shoes.  She has ginger hair with bangs and red lipstick.  Since Julie is a bear, you can add an animal ear headband to complete the look.
