Sylvia Sherwod (voiced by Yuko Kaida and Stephanie Young), also known as the Handler, is a character in the manga and anime series Spy x Family. She is a top tier WISE agent and the head of Operation Strix.  She is Loid Forger's handler and a mentor to him.  Sylvia is a striking women with long auburn hair and round framed glasses.  She wears a wide brimmed hat, a black dress, white blouse, black tie, fishnet stockings, and black heels.  Finding an exact match for her dress is difficult, so you may need to get a little creative to recreate her look.  You can simply layer a black long sleeved dress over a white blouse, but if you want to get closer to her appearance from the show, use a pair of sharp scissors to cut the front of a long dress to make it shorter in front and seal the raw edges with fabric glue to keep them from fraying.  Add a plum colored ribbon to your black hat to add a splash of color and prove your attention to detail.
