Carbon Costume Adora at Princess Prom
Adora, aka She-Ra, is the main character in Netflix's She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. In the eighth episode, she receives an invitation to Princess Prom, which occurs once every decade. Bow explains the event is a ball where all the princesses of Etheria meet and party. Their goal is to recruit the host, Frosta, to join the princess alliance. Glimmer teaches Adora princess etiquette and gives her a makeover for the event. The hair accessory is actually a flower comb pin, as seen in this picture of the back.
