Phoebe Thunderman

Phoebe Thunderman (Kira Kosarin) is a main character in Nickelodeon’s The Thundermans. Like the rest of her family, she is training to become a superhero. Her alias is ThunderGirl, and her powers include telekinesis, heat breath, and freeze breath. She is the oldest child in the family as well as the twin sister of Max Thunderman.

Adora at Princess Prom

Adora, aka She-Ra, is the main character in Netflix’s She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. In the eighth episode, she receives an invitation to Princess Prom, which occurs once every decade. Bow explains the event is a ball where all the princesses of Etheria meet and party. Their goal is to recruit the host, Frosta, to join the princess alliance. Glimmer teaches Adora princess etiquette and gives her a makeover for the event. The hair accessory is actually a flower comb pin, as seen in this picture of the back.

Mulan from Wreck-It Ralph 2

In Wreck It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet, Vanellope Von Schweetz encounters her fellow Disney princesses. Mulan (voiced by Ming-Na Wen) wears pajamas for the slumber party featuring a red letterman jacket and black jeans. The gold accents on the jacket are actually Mushu! Princess Elena Castillo Flores is the eponymous star of the Disney Junior show, Elena of Avalor. After saving the magical kingdom of Avalor, she must learn how to reign as its new princess. Voiced by Aimee Carrero, Elena is the first Latina princess in Disney history.

Renee Montoya from Birds of Prey

Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) is a character in Birds of Prey. She quits the Gotham City Police Department to take down Roman Sionis, aka Black Mask. Mutual interests lead to an alliance with Harley Quinn, Black Canary, and Huntress. Renee doesn’t care if anyone’s in her corner — she’ll pursue justice until the work is done. We included her graphic t-shirt for a more comedic cosplay.

In Wreck It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the InternetVanellope Von Schweetz encounters her fellow Disney princesses. Princess Jasmine (voiced by Linda Larkin) wears pajamas for the slumber party featuring a turquoise tank top and glittery blue leggings. The graphic on her top features the Genie‘s three fingers for three wishes. And as always, she’s accompanied by her pet tiger, Rajah. Gretchen Wieners in Mean Girls the Musical

“Come sit with us tomorrow, it’ll be fetch!” Gretchen Wieners is a character in the Mean Girls musical. She is a part of the Plastics as the right-hand woman to Regina George. In “Meet The Plastics,”  Gretchen sings about how she will do anything to maintain Regina’s popularity. She loves to gossip, but she’s actually quite sweet. When Cady joins the Plastics, she doesn’t have ulterior motives. In the musical, Gretchen confides in Cady that because of the crumbling friendship with Regina, she’s lost all confidence in herself. This leads to her solo song “What Is Wrong With Me?” Ashley Park originated the role of Regina on Broadway until Krystina Alabado took her place.

Rose from American Dragon: Jake Long

Rose is a character in the cartoon series American Dragon: Jake Long. She is the love interest titular character, but she is actually a member of the Huntsclan, an organization whose aims is to take down supernatural threats. Her alias is Huntsgirl, where in contrast to her kind-hearted, modest personality, she is daring, combative, and vicious. When Jake finds out about her alter ego, they try and work together, until he wishes Rose had never been taken by the clan. Mae Whitman, who you may have also heard in Avatar: The Last Airbender as Katara, voices this character.

Samwise Gamgee

Samwise “Sam” Gamgee is a main character in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. He is a Hobbit who joins the Fellowship of the Ring and its quest to destroy it and defeat Sauron. He is a gardener in the Shire. When Gandalf catches Sam eavesdropping on his conversation with Frodo, he demands he partake in the journey. He becomes Frodo’s closest companion, and carries him up Mount Doom to cast the Ring into the fire. Sam is not affected by the Ring’s persuasion because he is morally good. In the movie adaptations of Tolkien’s novels, Sean Astin plays this role.
