Cecil Steadman is a character in the animated and comic book series, Invincible. He is a government agent in charge of the Global Defense Agency. Upon the slaughter of the Guardians, he attempts to find the killer with the help of Damien Darkblood. When it's clear Omni-Man is the culprit, he teams up with Debbie to spy on him and Mark. They learn Omni Man wants to conquer Earth, and Cecil says Mark may be their only hope to stop him. Famous actor Walton Goggins voices Cecil in the show now streaming on Amazon Prime.
