In Animal Crossing: New Horizon, Harvey is the kind old hippie that lives on a nearby island. He runs a photo studio that is open for anyone to use and loves to have people come visit him to do their own shoots.

To cosplay as Harvey you'll want to practice a laid back and slightly hazy way of doing things. That's the real key to being Harvey. For his costume, though, you'll want a a long wig and a mustache. The hair simulates Harvey's ears, though can choose to add some costume dog ears as well if you want. A brown vest with fringe, a tunic top, bell bottoms, and moccasins finish out his look. And while these accessories aren't necessary, a camera will really round out the look.
