Kakucho (voiced in Japanese by Seiichiro Yamashita) is a major secondary character in the latter half of the anime/manga series, Tokyo Revengers.

He is Izana's second in command in Tenjiku, and has known him since they were both very young, having grown up at the same orphanage.

He has short shaved black hair, with the scar stretching across his eye leading up into his hair, and his eyes are mismatched, red and a pale catlike slit. He wears the red and black jacket and pants of the Tenjiku uniform, but wears no undershirt underneath, instead opting to wear a waist wrap. His shoes are an off-white grey, and he wears a single black strip earring.
