Geordi La Forge

In Star Trek: The Next Generation, Geordi La Forge (LeVar Burton) is the chief engineer aboard the starship USS Enterprise. Though blind since birth, his trademark VISOR, and later ocular prosthetic implants, restore his sense of sight.

Hackerman

In Kung Fury, Hackerman (Leopold Nilsson) is a computer whiz who sends Kung Fury back in time to kill Hitler. He may be a genius but he’s not perfect, as a glitch in the system sends Kung Fury to the Viking age instead.

Spider-Gwen

In an alternate Marvel universe called Earth-65, instead of Peter Parker getting bit by a radioactive spider to become Spider-Man, it is Gwen Stacy who gets bit and gains superpowers to become Spider-Woman. Fans affectionately refer to her as Spider-Gwen.

Ben Tramer

Ben Tramer is a minor character mentioned in Halloween I and featured in one of the most memorable scenes of Halloween II. He is a young man who gets mistaken for Michael Myers
and as a result gets chased by police and ultimately killed when a police car rams him, causing an explosion.

Norman Bates

Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins) is the villain of the classic Alfred Hitchcock film Psycho and the novel it’s based on as well as the TV series Bates Motel. Commonly cited as the first “modern slasher” character, Bates is still to this day one of the most insane and mentally complex villains in all of horror. Bates himself is harmless, but due to his split personality he “becomes” his psychotic dead mother (whom he had an incestuous relationship with) who murders any female she believes is getting close to Norman.

Blade (Wesley Snipes), born half-man half-vampire Eric Brooks, becomes a vampire hunter in order to seek vengeance on the monsters that killed his mother. He’s known as the day walker, because unlike full vampires, sunlight doesn’t affect him.

Power Rangers

In the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a team of youths recruited and trained by a mentor called Zordon to morph into the eponymous Power Rangers. They then become able to utilize special powers and pilot immense assault machines, called Zords, in order to overcome the evil Rita Repulsa.

Alvin the Armadillo

In Mascots, Alvin the Armadillo is the official mascot of the Amelia Earhart College for Women’s basketball team. Their old mascot was the highly offensive Leaping Squaws, but that was like a hundred years ago. When Alvin the Armadillo’s performer Cindi Babineaux (Parker Posey) gets food poisoning at the World Mascot Association championships, her sister Laci (Susan Yeagley) is forced to fill in.

Sophie from Howl’s Moving Castle

In Howl’s Moving Castle, Sophie is a young hatter who is turned into an old woman by the Witch of the Waste’s curse. It’s in this form that she encounters a wizard named Howl, and thats when her adventure begins.
