Nico Wakatsuki (voiced by Rina Kawaguchi and LilyPichu) is a main character in the anime and manga series Witch Watch.  She is friendly and kind, and hopes to use her magic to help others.  Nico is the childhood friend of Morihito Otogi.  She is also considered a Witch of Thousands, a type of witch only born once every thousand years.  Nico has pale orange hair with pink tips and bangs.  Her primary outfit consists of a red linen drss with half-sleeves and black ballet flats.  She cinches the dress at her waist with a brown belt, where she also carries her wand, and wears a black choker necklace with a bell that rings when a warlock is close by.
