Young Charlie from Don’t Starve Together

This article is focused on the main antagonist of Don’t Starve Together, Charlie, but in the most recent short that’s come out, Hide & Seek, where we see her as a child. If you would like to see the other article I’ve done for Charlie, please check it out here! If you would like to see her sister Winona’s child-aged matching article, please look here!

Her hair is similar to how she wears it as an adult, but with a little less volume, and she wears a small red bow, instead of her usual rose clip. Her dress is a red, prairie-style dress (it was a bit tricky to find a matching one, I would suggest trimming the sleeves to size and using the included dye to color balance it), and with it she wears a pair of black, small, heeled boots.

Jenny from Forrest Gump

Jenny is a character from the classic 1994 film Forrest Gump, and is played by Robin Wright. In this film, Jenny is the love interest of Forrest and we get to see her at many different stages throughout her life, starting at childhood when she first met him. Her costumes change along with her, and how she wants to show her personality at different stages.

In the phase covered here, these costumes are often called her “hippie” outfits. To dress like Jenny in this era, wear a fur lined faux suede coat. Another way is you could go all out with a white frock maxi dress and layer a long fringe brown vest over it and a brown wide belt at the waist. Add some buttons to one side of the vest and you have the perfect Jenny outfit for every day life or as a costume, maybe even with your significant other as Forrest Gump.

Vanitas from The Case Study of Vanitas

Vanitas has black hair that he wears in a long, low ponytail, and very vibrant blue eyes. He wears several earrings, mostly around the shell of his ear, as well as a gold and blue dangling hourglass and gem on his left ear. His under outfit consists of a two-toned blue vest over a white button-up shirt that he wears with the collar flared up, and a giant light blue bowtie around it. Around his waist he wears a holster for his knives and the book, with an enormous bluey-white ribbon underneath for padding, and then just a simple pair of black pants with a pair of black and white spat boots. His gloves are very long to cover the markings on his hand, and the nails are extremely sharp. Over top of everything he wears a very oversized, billowing black coat with a blue lining on the inside.

Once the star of his own television show, he got fired due to eating a reporter. Pim and Charlie try to help him clean up his reputation, such as appearing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, but it isn’t much of a success. Jenna Ortega from Taste

Sabrina Carpenter continues to impress and surprise fans online with her music videos. The most recent is for her song Taste, and stars herself alongside Jenna Ortega. They both humorously target each other in bloody fashion throughout the video. This would be a perfect duo costume for two friends with a few different looks to choose from.

Starting with her funeral look, wear a long sleeve black dress, a black fascinator hat in your hair, and black heels. For the look with the chainsaw, start with a black sleeveless dress and black heels. Wear a white tank top with a sweetheart neckline under the dress, with the top peeking over the neckline. Carry a costume prop chainsaw which can be painted by first using any white paint as a base on the part you hold. Then dry brush or completely paint over it with a cool pink paint. On the saw portion, paint with red. For her nurse look, wear a short, off-the-shoulder white dress, a white nurse hat, and a white eye patch. Add the Red Cross with paint or a marker, or red felt and glue. Wear this with a matching red lipstick.
